Welcome to Mileeaters
Our name came about last year when we were planning our Euro Enduro challenge, someone made the quip about us having to really ‘eat up the miles’ to complete the challenge.
So Mileeaters was born.
Mileeaters was conceived in November 2006 as a platform for us to show our Charity Event to the world. Find details of the Euro Enduro on here.
Since we completed the first challenge in March and raised nearly £2000 for Comic Relief we thought that finishing there would be almost defeatist. We succeeded then and through this site we are still raising money for various charities and having fun.
We go on local rides around the north that anyone can join us on. Keep an eye on this site and see if you want to come along. You are welcome regardless of ability, age, gender or bike. We are both twenty-six years old; Kieran rides a ’94 YZF750R. Daz rides a ’98 Bandit 1200 and Mileeater by association Lizzie (definitely twenty something) rides a ’95 FZR600R.
A typical “day out” has been to leave the York area in the morning heading over to Settle. Then up to Penrith via Hawes and on to Alston calling in to Hartside Café. Nipping over the border into Scotland and then back south through Barnard Castle.
The Mileeaters Kieran and Lizzie learn a thing or two

Here you can find details of people we have come across who can help keep you on the road or just generally make your biking experiences a whole lot better! Including a B&B in France and a local Bike mechanic and tuner.

Our ultimate plan for a challenge would be to travel from A-A. Alaska- Argentina. Now that really would be the long run down, and would be a fantastic challenge.

We have also added the option to sponsor us online for the Baltic Circuit Challenge and be in with a chance to win a Scottoiler.
