Athlete: Rehabbing a knee major knee injury after committing to SLU, he decided to try and continue his athletic career at Hannibal La-Grange University. Which included NAIA soccer, basketball, and track.

Coach: Coach Le’Von has over a decade of coaching student athletes into success. Having coached athletes do things such as; running a 4.3 in the  40 yard dash at the NFL combine, Footlocker Cross Country Nationals, and a CIF state qualifying 4:11 Mile.

Currently Coach Le’Von is now the assistant coach of Providence High School distance program . Just finished a 6 year coaching run at John Burroughs High School as assistant and head coach.

Still helping a wide range athletes across Los Angeles metropolitan area. While in progress in getting a masters degree in Sport Psychology.

As a former Mile Eater herself, she has become one of our biggest supporters. Not in regular attendance but a willing stand in coach when help is needed for the youth program.

HIGH SCHOOL – Won league championships in the 200m and 400m…won the Mike Torres Award for the most outstanding two sport athlete…lettered in cross-country and track and field all four years…top times include: 100m (12.3), 200m (25.1) and 400m (58.04).

Collegiate Highlights  @ Boise State

In 2013 Taryn ran 24.56 to place fourth in the Mountain West Championship 200m finals, ran a best of 24.10 to place 18th at the Mt. SAC Relays…placed fifth at the MW Championships in the 200m (24.86)
