Training for Everyone
MORNING : Athletes will meet in the common area for the daily kick off. Some words from our coaches to start the day and mental aspects to key on in each workout. After the daily kick off each group will split according to their events, for event based training.
AFTERNOON : Workouts will be based on bio-mechanics, strength, and fun. Each session will focus on key principles every runner can use throughout the year to grow their strength and movement.
EVENING : Daily mind building, and motivation workshop. Working through the workbook each athlete will get upon arrival.
Rooming at Anacapa Hall
Located on UCSB’s Main Campus near the beach. Anacapa will be our athletes home for the week of camp. Our Co-Ed Camp keeps gender separate wings, with camp counselors at the head of each hall for support and guidance throughout the week. Anacapa is close to De La Guerra Dining Commons. Various rooms in Anacapa have beautiful views of the ocean, campus, mountains, and spacious lawns. Anacapa was remodeled in 2013 and received a LEED Gold certification.
Located at Main Campus East
Large, single-gender bathroom on each wing with multiple sinks, toilet stalls, and private showers
Each floor offers a study lounge and kitchenette
Recreational room with a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, an air hockey table, television, and vending machines
Amenities include: sand volleyball court, outdoor patio furniture, large community lounge, and a classroom.

Head Coach Le’Von Coaching athletes for over 10 years. Having coached everything from an athlete running 4.3 in the 40yrd dash at NFL combine to a 4:11 high school miler. A range of knowledge and love for the next generation.

Coordinator & Yoga Teacher Coach Lucy Lucy has been a great tool for all the athletes that have come through the Mile Eaters program. Throughout the week, she updates all the parents and family on the ongoings of their children, as well as teaching athletes how to cope with anxiety through yoga techniques.
