Here we are once again, we are planning another challenge. This one has a difference, we are inviting you to come along as well.
The challenge has been affectionately nicknamed the ‘Baltic Circuit’; the route will basically take us all the way around the Baltic Sea and up to Hammerfest, the most northern mainland town. Quite a challenge I’m sure you will agree, the total distance is around the 4000 mile mark. Obviously the challenge could be run over 2 weeks, but in true Mileeaters fashion we are hoping to complete it in 10 days, if this is possible. As we are currently still planning the event a lot can still change. The main problems we will face is the lack of petrol stations when we get into the remote areas, we will also be striving to complete the challenge by not using motorways whenever possible.
We have had a look around at other challenges and don’t seem to be able to find any challenges of this nature, in this area. You can see the approximate route we plan to take, although this may change as the planning process continues.
This challenge is to continue our support for the Air Ambulances, the YAA and GNAAS. Obviously anyone who wishes to join can support the charities that we are backing, or if you wish, you can use this opportunity to back a charity of your choice. Obviously it will be up to you to raise the funds for your charity, or your contribution for the Air Ambulances mentioned. It would be nice if we could get enough support and bikers involved to have this as a fundraiser for the nations Air Ambulances. We will however assist you in any way we can, such as mentioning you on our site and hopefully helping out with any group discounts we can arrange, as opposed to leaving everyone to ‘go it alone’.

This is quite a unique challenge as I’m sure you will agree, how many people plan on taking their motorbike well into the Artic Circle, nearly to The Top of the World and possibly calling in at Santa’s Grotto. It’s certainly something to boast about when you come back.
We will update this page as often as possible, so please keep a regular check on here.
