Our Adult Division program is all about learning how to grow as a runner, while doing the hustle and bustle of job, family, social life, and staying fit . Most runners have a hard time understanding their own limits and how they can improve without feeling miserable throughout a month of training.

This program is perfect for community, motivation, and proper training that will set proper limits on your journey of getting faster!

Training System

We have a track and field masters group, 5k-10k group, and half marathon-marathon group.

Each group will focus on the training for their specific journey. You do not have to run marathons to be super fit! You can run 5k’s and 10k’s to be in the best shape of your life 🙂

On Your Own

You will receive a personal training schedule that will fit you work and family life. The goal will be to stick to that schedule as much as possible.

  • Step 1: Create an online account on the website
  • Step 2: Fill out profile and make payment
  • Step 3: Fill out the questionnaire
  • Step 4: You will receive your training schedule within 48hours and will be able to come to any scheduled practices.

Workouts with Coach

Weekdays – On the weekdays we will have sessions 6am in the mornings 2x’s weekly. As well as 1x weekly in the evening.

Saturdays & Sundays – Most weekend workouts will take place at Griffith Park in the mornings at 7am-8:30am, or 9am-10:30am. As well as Sunday evenings at 5pm-6:30pm
